Station Markets

The Moonta National Trust will conduct Markets at the Old Moonta Railway Station – and they are not to be missed.  The next market 2012  will be held on -

 Sunday 11th March 2012 - 10am to 4pm

Crowds flock to the stalls which feature a variety of crafts, toys, collectables, jewellery, books, homemade produce, and bric-a-brac.  There is something for everyone at the Station Markets!

There’s plenty of food and drinks available, including old fashioned sweets, food stalls and a large variety of delicious homemade produce.

The National Trust Tourist Train & Road Tram, will be running, leaving from the Station.  Climb aboard and enjoy an interesting and informative commentary about the mines by the train driver.

Admission to the markets is free, so bring the whole family along, grab a bargain and enjoy the atmosphere together during the holiday weekend.
